Le Fonds africain de d\u00e9veloppement (FAD), son guichet concessionnel, a approuv\u00e9, ce 29 novembre 2024, un financement de 156,66 millions d&rsquo;euros, soit une peu plus de 102 milliards FCFA, destin\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9habilitation et au bitumage de routes transfrontali\u00e8res reliant le Burkina Faso et le Mali \u00e0 la C\u00f4te d&rsquo;Ivoire. Ces investissements strat\u00e9giques visent \u00e0 renforcer les \u00e9changes commerciaux et \u00e0 stimuler les \u00e9conomies locales des pays concern\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1743 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/lesoleil.bf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Infrastructure-routier.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"720\" height=\"469\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lesoleil.bf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Infrastructure-routier.jpeg 720w, https:\/\/lesoleil.bf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Infrastructure-routier-300x195.jpeg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Le programme pr\u00e9voit la r\u00e9habilitation de 242 kilom\u00e8tres de routes dans ces deux pays enclav\u00e9s. Il est cofinanc\u00e9 par la Banque islamique de d\u00e9veloppement (138 millions d&rsquo;euros) et l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne (25 millions d&rsquo;euros) ainsi que la Facilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;appui \u00e0 la transition, un m\u00e9canisme destin\u00e9 \u00e0 fournir des ressources concessionnelles suppl\u00e9mentaires aux pays confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des situations de fragilit\u00e9 et de conflit.<\/p>\n<p>Pour le Burkina Faso, les fonds permettront de moderniser l&rsquo;axe strat\u00e9gique Bobo-Dioulasso-Banfora-fronti\u00e8re C\u00f4te d&rsquo;Ivoire (155 km), de construire la bretelle Banfora-Orodara (42 km), ainsi que de r\u00e9habiliter et \u00e9largir le pont de 100 m\u00e8tres sur la rivi\u00e8re L\u00e9raba. \u00c0 cela s&rsquo;ajoutent la construction de 18 kilom\u00e8tres de voies urbaines et 50 kilom\u00e8tres de pistes rurales pour stimuler l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique et renforcer la r\u00e9silience face au changement climatique.<\/p>\n<p>Au Mali, le financement de 73,73 millions d&rsquo;euros, soit 48,4 milliards FCFA, sera consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;am\u00e9nagement et au bitumage de la section Bougouni-Garalo, longue de 45 kilom\u00e8tres, dans le cadre du corridor Bougouni-Manankoro-fronti\u00e8re C\u00f4te d&rsquo;Ivoire.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;objectif est de faciliter les \u00e9changes commerciaux \u00e0 travers des corridors cl\u00e9s reliant les ports ivoiriens d&rsquo;Abidjan et de San Pedro aux hinterlands burkinab\u00e8 et malien.<\/p>\n<p>Ce programme, qui s&rsquo;\u00e9talera sur six ans (2024-2030), r\u00e9pond aux enjeux d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration r\u00e9gionale et de fluidit\u00e9 des \u00e9changes en Afrique de l&rsquo;Ouest. En am\u00e9liorant la qualit\u00e9 des infrastructures et en r\u00e9duisant les barri\u00e8res non tarifaires, il ambitionne de renforcer les corridors strat\u00e9giques Abidjan-Bobo Dioulasso-Ouagadougou et Bamako-Man-San Pedro, reliant ainsi ces Etats sans pays sans littoral aux ports ivoiriens.
