Ce mardi 29 octobre 2024, le ministre d\u2019Etat en charge de la D\u00e9fense, Kassoum Coulibaly a baptis\u00e9 la place d\u2019Armes situ\u00e9e au sein de la Brigade des Volontaires pour la D\u00e9fense de la Patrie ( BVDP). D\u00e9sormais il faut l’appeler \u00ab\u00a0place d\u2019Armes Ladji Yoro\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 Ouagadougou en hommage \u00e0 ce combattant VDP qui a combattu aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s des Forces de d\u00e9fense et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (FDS) pour la lib\u00e9ration de notre territoire.
\nAu Burkina Faso, Ladji Yoro est une figure importante de la lutte antiterroriste au Burkina Faso tomb\u00e9e le 23 d\u00e9cembre 2021 dans le nord du Burkina Faso.
